Death
Catherine Pappas Kostakos said: cause of death: killed by train in New York City subway. Train hit him on the head and he died instantly (died before Catherine Pappas Kostakos got married in 1946).This was verified by Amanda Costas (Costianes) Moore in letter to Carol Petranek dated Feb. 1994.
