Grandson, Peter Eftaxias to Carol Petranek, November 24, 2015: Athanasios died first, then his wife died by the time Lewnides was about four years old.
This cannot be correct -- there is a marriage record for Athanasios' marriage to Georgitsa Giannakopoulos in 1919, and it is a second marriage for both.
