Honorable John Noyes

John Noyes was a US Congressman from Vermont, 1815-1817. He was a member of the firm of Noyes, Mann and Hayes (John Noyes, Jonas Mann and 'Rutherford Hayes, Jr), one of the earliest chain stores in America.
