Death
Mrs. Alyeen Pearson Furr, 85, of Pascagoula died Tuesday, March 1, 1994, in Pascagoula. Mrs. Furr was born May 17, 1908, in Pike County. She was a member and former Sunday school teacher at First United Methodist Church of Pascagoula. She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Furr; and a sister, Lurline Pittman. Survivors include two sons, Royce Furr of Vancleave and Jerry Furr of San Francisco; a daughter, Margaret Bafalon of Shrewsbury, Mass.; and seven grandchildren. A service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula, where friends may call one hour before service time.
