ASHEBORO — Mrs. Mary Bell Furr, 53, of 207 Liberty St. died Sunday at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro after a two week illness. She was a native of Cabarrus County and had lived in Asheboro for 22 years. Surviving are her husband, Daniel Luther Furr; four daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Sue Edwards of Rt. 1, Staley, Mrs. JoAnn Adkins of Asheboro, Mrs. Patsy Darlene Street of Rt. 1, Franklinville and Miss Becky Lane Furr of the home; and three sons, David Ray and Daniel L. Furr Jr., both of the home, and Donnie Copper of Asheboro. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
