KANNAPOLIS — George Phillip Furr, 82, died Friday at a Cabarrus hospital. Funeral plans are incomplete. Survivors: wife; son, George Jr. of Kannapolis; daughters, Mrs. Mary Frances Combs and Mrs. Gertie Mills of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Raymond Jarvis of Concord, and Mrs. Ruth Burnett and Mrs. Helen Elwood of Kannapolis; stepsons, Boyd Mills of Baltimore, Eulis Mills and J. B. Mills of Kannapolis, C. T.
