Death
Mrs. Margaret Furr Everett, 85, of Greenfield, died Friday, April 16, 1999 at Covenant Place in Sumter, S.C. Graveside services 1 p.m. Tuesday, Highland Cemetery, Greenfield with Williams Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Everett was born in Clarksdale, Miss., daughter of the late Henry D. and Frankie Smith Furr. She was a retired employee from civil service at Shaw Air Force Base. She was the widow of Alpheue "Jay" Everett. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, James David and Pam Everett of Medical Lake, Wash.; one sister, Theresa Compassi of Clarksdale, Miss.; two grandchildren and onegreat-grandchild.
