FURR — At Veterans Administration Hospital, Monday afternoon May 4, 1942, at 12:45 o'clock, William H. Furr, aged 48 years; husband of Mrs. Willie Hicks Furr, father of William H. Jr. James and Dorothy Furr and Mrs. Frances Furr Stafford. Remains were sent from the funeral residence of J. T. Hinton and Son, 1160 Union Avenue, this (Tuesday) morning to Greenville, Miss., for services and interment.The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, Tennessee, May 5, 1942
