Death
Lou Livingston Furr, 87, died Saturday, October 13, 2001, at Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center. Graveside services are 11 a.m. Friday in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson. Mrs. Furr, a resident of Jackson, was the daughter of the late Judge W.H. and Chellie Worthy Livingston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Lott Furr, Sr., in 1984. Survivors include: two daughters, Chellie Furr Davis, Bristol, Tenn. and Frances Furr Wesley, Pittsboro, N.C.; one son, Lester Lott Furr Jr., Marianna, Fla.: two brothers, D.A. Livingston, Franklin, Tenn. and Charles Livingston, Charlotte, N.C. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, October 18, 2001
