Death
RICHLAND — Julia E. Furr, 81, a retired chief group operator for South Central Bell Telephone Co., died of congestive heart failure Friday at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. Services are 9:30 a.m. Monday at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Jackson with burial in Richland Cemetery. Visitation is 2-7 p.m. Sunday. Miss. Furr, a Wesson native, had lived in Richland 70 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Central High School in Jackson.
