Lillian Reis Cales, 86, of Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of south Shore, died Thursday night at the home of a son in Indianapolis after a long illness.
Her husband, Floyd L. Cales, died in 1923.
Surviving are two sons, Donald R. of Indianapolis and Edwin R. of Hamilton, Ohio; two sisters, Helen Howerton of South Portsmouth and Mary McQuesten of Batavia, Ohio, 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Service is to be at 1pm Monday at Roberson Funeral Home with the Rev. Harley Johnson officiating. Burial is to be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 9 pm Sunday and until the service Monday.
