Death
SUNBURY — Mrs. Margaret C. Furr, 76, of 531 Arch St., was dead on arrival at 3:05 p.m. Saturday in the Sunbury Community Hospital. Born Oct. 12, 1906, in Sunbury, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Sarah Whiteman. Her husband, Ralph H. Furr, died in 1970. She was of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Furr was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Sunbury Moose, No. 181. She is survived by three sons, Ralph E. of Sunbury, Thomas E. of Landover Hills, Md. and Ronald M. of Northumberland RD2; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Zweier Funeral Home, Sunbury, by the Rev. Benny Ortiz, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church, Sunbury.
