Death
KANNAPOLIS — Floyd H. Wilson, 73, of 205 E. Third St., died last night in Stokes-Reynolds Hospital in Danbury after declining health of one year. Funeral arrangements have not been made and the body is at Lady’s Funeral Home. Born May 21, 1906, in Lancaster County, S. C., he was the son of the late Forest Wilson and Frances Lewis Wilson Linder. He was retired from the weave room of Cannon Mills Plant No. His wife, Mrs. Flossie Furr Wilson, died in April, 1965. He is survived by two sons, Floyd H. Wilson Jr. of Danbury and Gene Forest Wilson of Sarasota, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Joe Eller of North Wilkesboro; two brothers, James and Joe Linder Jr. of Salisbury; three sisters, Mrs. Leo E. Freeze of China Grove, Mrs. D. W. Pridgen of Salisbury and Mrs. Larry Bell of Arizona; and 10 grandchildren.The Salisbury Post, Salisbury, North Carolina, January 9, 1980
