ANDERSON - Cecile Chapman Skelton, 78, formerly of Anderson, died Thursday. She was a member of St. John United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ernest (Barbara) Furr of Aiken; brothers, Vic G. Chapman, and James E. Chapman, both of Anderson. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at the graveside in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation: 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sullivan-King Mortuary. Memorials may be made to St. John United Methodist Church.The Greenville News, Greenville, South Carolina, September 10, 1983
