Death
Rora M. Furr, 83, Shelton, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 1991, in his home. He was born March 29, 1908, to Boston and Katie (George) Furr, in Dripping Springs, Texas. Mr. Furr moved from California to Shelton in 1974. He was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses in Shelton. Surviving Mr. Furr, besides his wife, Marguerite Furr, Shelton, are two daughters, Katie Harris, Shelton, and Bonnie Mederios, Salem, Ore.; also four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Mr. Furr will begin 7:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13, at the Kingdom Hall in Shelton. Arrangements are by McComb and Batstone Funeral Home, Shelton.The Olympian, Olympia, Washington, December 7, 1991
