Death

Graveside services for Charles Wesley Bailey, age 78, of Leonard, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2007 in Mulberry Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Judge Derrell Hall will officiate. Charles passed away early Monday, May 28, 2007 at Leonard Manor Nursing Home. Charles was born June 29, 1928 in Sherman, Texas, son of Charles Vernon Bailey and Anna Nora Furr Bailey. He was a dairy farmer in Randolph and later in the Mulberry Community before he retired. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leonard Bailey. He is survived by a sister-in-law, Aurline Bailey of Bells, nieces and nephews, Valerie Easley and husband, John Norris of Mulberry, Lynn Ann Edwards and husband, Mark, of Cape Coral FL, Justin Bailey and wife, Connie of Natchitoches, LA., and great niece and nephew, Connor Pollack and Bailey Pollack of Cape Coral, FL.
