Item I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Ann HARRISON one piece of silk Stuff now in the house and also my Saddle and Bridle.
Item I Give and Bequeath all the rest of my Estate of what Quantity and Quality soever unto my son Peter Rustt who I make and Ordain whole and sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament. And I desire Nominate and Appoint my son Matthew RUST Trustee and Guardian of my said Son Peter RUST and his Estate untill he shall come att Age and to give and Allow him two Compleat Years of Schooling successively. In Wittness wherof I have hereunto sett my hand and Affixed my Seal this third Day of November in the Year of Our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven hundred and Twenty Six.
