Death
Danville - Nina Furr Humphrey, 69, of Hollis died Wednesday, March 22, 2006, in Hollis with her husband, Lawrence Humphrey. She was born Dec. 22, 1936, at hollis to William Hollis and Sadie New Year Gross Furr. She was a mother and homemaker, and a member of Grace Apostolic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Roy, Robert Flloyd and Harold Furr; and a grandson, Jerry Don "Donnie" Humphrey, Jr. Survivors include a son, Jerry Don Humphrey of Hollis; a daugher and son-in-law, Iraan "Susie" and Aubrey Ballew of Hollis; a brother and sister-in-law, William S. and Joyce Furr of Conway; and a grandson, Richard Cameron Humphrey of Michigan. Funeral will be 2 PM Monday at Grace Apostolic Church in Hot Springs. Burial will be in Nooner Cemetery with Pastor Richard Burgett officiating. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home.Endnotes
