Notes
Death
Fatal Runaway. On last Sunday afternoon as Mr. & Mrs. W.P. Furr were returning from church to their home near Little Bahalia, the horse became frightened and ran away with the buggy. On nearing the front gate of their home, Mrs. Furr was thrown violently against a tree and received injuries from which she soon expired. Mr. Furr was also thrown out and painfully hurt, but not dangerously.Notice in Lawrence County 1818-1899, September 5, 1893
