Death

Vaughn Furr age 72 of Gallatin passed away Saturday March 27, 2010. Funeral will be Tuesday March 30th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Brother Dan Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Gallatin Cemetery with Tim Watkins, Jeff Furr, Eric Furr, Kelly Furr, Dewayne Daughtry and Jeremy Duncan serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers include the Smuts, Ann Caldwell, Debby Derryberry, Carolyn Troutt, Kathy Wood and Jill Furr. Visitation will be Monday March 29th 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday 12:00 p.m. until time of service. Mrs. Furr was born in Mountainburg, Arkansas on January 17, 1938 daughter of William Franklin Wright, Jr. and Betty Agnes Jobe Wright. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband L. C. Furr, one son Cedar Wright Furr and his wife ReDonna of Gallatin, one daughter Jill Jacine Furr of Mountainburg, Arkansas, one sister, Nelda J. Marshall also of Mountainburg, Arkansas, four grandchildren, Carla Holsted, Cajun, Olivia and Silas Furr.
