Death
ABERDEEN — Richard Eugene Furr, 18, of Aberdeen, died Thursday (1/9/86) from injuries received in an auto accident. Funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at West End United Methodist Church by the Rev. Robert Ray. Burial will be in West End Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Tammy Furr; his mother, Faye Helton of Hamlet; a stepfather, Larry Helton of Hamlet; three brothers, Anthony, Larry and Greg Furr, all of West End; two sisters, Donna Dupree and Gayla Thomas of West End; and his grandmother, Grace Furr of West End. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Boles Funeral Home of Southern Pines.The Sanford Herald, Sanford, North Carolina, January 11, 1986
