Death
Mrs. Lillie C. Furr, 81, of Barr Street, Lancaster.,formerly of Fort Mill, died Friday at Fran’s Boarding Center. The funeral was held Sunday at the Chapel of Wolfe Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas Morgan officiating. Burial was in Unity Cemetery. Mrs. Furr was a retired textile worker and a member of South Avenue Freewill Baptist Church in Lancaster. Surviving are her brother, James W. Crawford of Lancaster; three sisters, Gertrude C. Hunter of Fort Mill, Myrtle C. Johnson of Charlotte, and Lena McManus of Old Hickory, Tenn.
