CONCORD — Atlas Monroe Furr, 75, retired textile employee, died Sunday. Funeral is 2 p.m. today at Fisher Street Church of God. Survivors are wife, Zella; sons, Leroy Furr of Mount Pleasant, Ray Furr of Kannapolis, Albert Furr; daughter, Mrs. Colleene Hagler; brother, Lee Furr of Midland; sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Redwine of Salisbury, Mrs. Elva Blackwell, Mrs. Ida Chase.
