Survivors: wife, Barbara; sons, Thomas of Tyler, Texas, Frank of Hugoton; daughters, Juanita Clark of Rolla, Teresa Snyder of Hugoton; stepsons, Terry Higgins, Darrell Higgins, both of Hugoton; sister, Leona Avers of Baker, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
