Death
Master Paul Furr, the 14-year-old son of Mr. Julius Furr, of No. 8 township, died early Tuesday morning at the Concord Hospital, his death being due to an acute attack of appendicitis. The youth was taken sick last Thursday. On Monday he was brought to the Concord Hospital, but his condition was found to be such that an operation would not save his life. His death occurred about 5 o'clock Tuesday morning. The body was interred today at Meadow Creek Baptist Church.The Concord Daily Tribune, Concord, North Carolina, November 15, 1916
