Bill then went on to work for General Dynamics in Groton, CT, as a painter on submarines. Bill then moved to Stony Lake area to work at Ft. Drum as a Security Officer. On August 23, 1992 Bill married Mary LaVeglia Guadliana, at Veteran's Memorial Park with Sylvia Woodhouse, Justice of the Peace, officiating. Bill's hobby was fishing ever since he was a young boy with his dad, and he fished all winter while in Florida in his later years. He also enjoyed hunting, archery, and going to the casino where he won a lot more often than he lost. Bill loved action movies, horror films, dessert, and relaxing with a cup of coffee. Bill bent over backwards to help people out, sacrificing much of his own time to help a neighbor, show someone how to hunt or fish properly, or just taking the time to chit chat.
