William FURR
(1834 - 23 Jan 1865)
Mistaken as a Confederate deserter, he was shot by Henry Plott and Sandy Smith who were members of the Home Guard as he crossed Dutch Buffalo Creek on a foot log. Dr. Solomon Furr attended him, but he died in the woods where he fell. Also known as Bill.
