The four weeks old child of Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Furr died some time between one and seven o'clock this morning at their home on North Main street, death having been rather sudden, and is attributed to gas having formed on its stomach and pressed to the heart. The little one was alive and hearty at one o'clock but was found dead in bed at seven this morning. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of a large circle of friends. The funeral service will be held at the residence tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock; being conducted by Rev. Dr. Byron Clark of the First, Presbyterian church arid the little body will be buried in Chestnut Hill cemetery.The Salisbury Post, Salisbury, North Carolina, March 1, 1916
