Death
KANNAPOLIS — Mrs. Mamie Furr Holler 70 of 1016 Michigan St died Monday at Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 3 pm at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Dorothy McClain. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral tonight from 7 to 9. She was born in Rock Hill, SC July 28, 1910, to the late Frank and Estelle Smith Furr. She was retired from Cannon Mills Plant 1. Surviving are one son, Don Holler of Kannapolis, one sister, Mrs. Claudine Lafevers of Kannapolis, one brother, A.B. Hammett of Kannapolis, and four grandchildren.Endnotes
