CONCORD — Mrs. Bertha Furr Lowder, 87, textile retiree, died Tuesday. Funeral is 4 p.m. today at Concord Wesleyan Church. Survivors are husband, Vander; sons, Everett Lowder of Columbia, Ralph Lowder; daughter, Mrs. Allene Gunther of Virginia Beach, Va.
