Death
MACON — Bonnie Barge, 88, partner of C. A. Barge Lumber Co., died Tuesday of heart failure at her home. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Calvary Baptist Church in Macon, where she was a member and church organist, with burial in Lakewood Memorial Cemetery in Jackson. Cockrell Funeral Home of Macon has charge. She was a co-founder of Lake Forrest Ranch. Mrs. Barge, the widow of Charlie Barge, leaves two daughters, Charlene Barge Shurtz of Palm Desert, Calif., and Betty Barge Morris of Madison; a son, Richard Barge of Macon; two sisters, Pansy Clar of San Rafael, Calif., and Enda Stacy of Aliceville, Ala.; two brothers, Biil Furr and Carl Furr, both of Columbus, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, Tennessee, May 12, 1994
