Death
James Harvey Furr, 52 years old, of Cape Girardeau Route 1, died Sunday in St. Francis Medical Center. Mr. Furr was born Dec. 22, 1929, at Delta City, Miss., a son of Herbert and Felt Ewing Furr. His mother, of Montrose, Colo., survives. He married Marian Steger Oct. 20, 1951, at Egypt Mills. She also survives. Mr. Furr worked for Procter and Gamble Paper Products Co. and the Marquette Co. He was a veteran of World War II, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Egypt Mills.Endnotes
