Leslie is not mentioned in his mother's obit (understandable because he was already dead) but he was not mentioned in his father's either. But he was the administrator of the will. Possibly he omitted himself accidentally after writing the obit himself.
He seems to be called "Lesley" and "Leslie" at the whim of whoever writes the name
