Birth
Pleasant Hill Cemetery records in Macoupin County IL indicate that she was "36 years 1 month 2 days" of age when she died on "9 Dec 1884." That would indicate a birth date of approximately 7 Nov 1848 which does not agree with other family records.Ancestry.com, however, lists her birth date as 27 Oct 1848.
On a 31 Aug 2010 visit to Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bruce and MarySue Rosenberger confirmed the 27 October birth date from the age at death indicated on her gravestone.
