The Neihuss-Holderness nuptials will occur Wednesday evening at the Methodist church in Fordyce. The groom is Mr. Charles Wesley Neihuss of Lumber, Ark., and the bride is Miss Maria Elizabeth Holderness of Fordyce. Miss Arie McFadden, of this city, will be an attendant. mrs. H. I. Holderness and son, Miss McFadden and Miss Louise Freeman of St. Louis are already at Fordyce, and Messrs. H. I. Holderness and James Holderness of this city, brothers of the bride, will go to Fordyce tonight.
Died in childbirth. Family Bible says she died at her father's home. Marvin Holderness had the year as 1905 in his book. The Bible had 1904, but gave age as 28y 9m 13d which would be 1905. Note the following newspaper article - she died in 1904.

DEATHS
Mrs. May Neihus, age twenty-three, wife of C. W. Neihus, died this morning at 8 o'clock at the residence of her father, Dr. J. H. Holderness at Fordyce after an illness of nearly four months. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock from the family residence at Fordyce, Rev. Green conducting the services. mrs. Neihus was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Holderness at Fordyce and a sister of H. I. Holderness of this city. She formerly resided at Wesson, LA.
