His will was executed 22 Nov 1711 and names his wife Ann [Hannah], sons John & Daniel, four children of deceased son Nathaniel; daughters, Abigail wife of John Wheeler, Esther wife of John Sloss, Ann wife of Gideon Allen, Rebecca wife of Capt Samuel Sherwood, and Mary wife of Dr. James Laborie. All the children are said to be children of the first wife.
