Rosa Mae Veronique RABOIN

For some time I had Marie Véronique Rabouin and Rosa Mae Raboin listed as separate daughters in this family, but I have decided that there is compelling evidence that they are same individual. According to the parish registers of Saint-Paulin, Marie Véronique was born on 6 July and baptized on 7 July of 1902. This is the only record I have been able to find for her -- she then disappears without a paper trail. In the case of Rosa Mae, I have been unable to find any baptismal or birth record for her, but the 1920 Census (dated 1 January 1920) reports her age as 17 -- meaning she was almost certainly born in 1902. The only record I have found which gives an exact birthdate for Rosa is the Minnesota Death Index, which reports it as 4 July 1901. This is too close to the birthdate of her next older brother, born 30 Jan 1901. Although I have not been able to find his birth or baptism record either, he could not have been born in 1900 because that would collide with the birth of his sister, Smerelda. In any case, the census record is more reliable as to the year, being much closer in time to the birth than the death record. The date of 4 July is sufficiently close to 6 July as well. Because Marie Veronique's paper trail disappears just as Rosa Mae's appears, and because they seem to have been born at the same time, it is safe to conclude that they were the same person.
