Travel
Noel, John, and Dorothy Raboin, ages 6, 3, and 1 respectively, were entering Canada, to visit their grandparents, M. and Mme. Elzear Lampron of Shawinigan Falls, Quebec. They were obviously too young to travel alone, but it is not clear from the record who was accompanying them. Perhaps their parents took them to the border and transferred them to the grandparents or some other family member there. It is noted that the children's parents were Canadian citizens.Residence
