Noel Joseph Raboin, age 87, of New Richmond, Wis., died peacefully at home on Saturday, Dec. 28, at the Aurora Adult Home in New Richmond.
He was born on Dec. 24, 1926, in Somerset, Wis., to Joseph & Cecilia (Lampron) Raboin. Noel retired from the Soo Line Railroad, did lawn care, cleaned school busses, and was a recycler before recycling was cool. Noel loved to go biking with his trailer in tow. He enjoyed collecting trains and banks.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant sister, Nancy; brothers, John Raboin, James (Louise) Raboin, Sr.; sister Dorothy (Bob) Panter; half-brother, Mark (Vera) Raboin; half-sister Alice (Arnold) Beer; nephews Chuck Germain, John Panter, Michael DeRosier, and Landon Hansen; and niece Darlene Breault.
He is survived by his sisters Annette (Vincent) Germain, and Beth (Richard) Rivard; sister-in-law, Pierrette Raboin; former wife, Tina Viellieux; also many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Richmond, Wis. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Spring interment St. Anne's Cemetery.
Memorials preferred to St. Anne's Catholic Church, or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
