1850 Census reports age as 29 years, and birthplace as Illinois. 1860 Census reports age as 49 years, and birthplace as Missouri. 1870 reports age of 52 years, birthplace as Missouri.Marriage
As with Peter Beaudoin and Margaret Bergeron, there seems to be more than one record for this marriage, and at least two different dates. One record says they were married on Nov. 3, the other Nov 6. As I concluded in the other example, I think the earlier date was for the reading of banns, and in the absence of other evidence, I will tentatively settle on the second date.Married by Rev. Peter Caribin. Record registered 5 June 1869.
