Phelps, brother-in-law James H. Phelps and nephew Vernon J. Phelps. Norman and Arthur's occupations are listed as street car conductor. James H. Phelps is a weighmaster at the Board of Trade. They have a female servant and two boarders. The boarders are also street car conductors.
