Research Notes

Trying to obatin death certificate from Colorado is very involved. So, I placed a call to the Colorado Mental Health Hospital in Pueblo, Colorado, 719-546-4000, on March 10, 2017 to inquire about possible records on Jessie's death and burial location. I would have to fill out forms and show proof of relationship to her. Also payment would be for each page of the record. As she is the wife of a second cousin 3 times removed, the paperwork of showing relationship and the cost prevents us from obtaining these records.
