Bourdet of La Puenta and the mother of Larry J. Bourdet of Willow Creek and Timothy Bourdet of La Habra. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Timothy Michael Bourdet and David Alan Bourdet, both of La Habra; Aimee Jeanett Bourdet, Amanda Marie Bourdet and Laurie Elizabeth Bourdet, all of Willow Creek. She was a California native, age 63.

Mrs. Bourdet was a teacher for the Hacienda La Puente School District for the past 14 years. She was an active member of the Native Daughters of the Golden West, president of the state PTA council, Region 4; and vice president of Region 14E of the California State Historical Society. Funeral arrangements are pending at Todd Memorial Chapel in Pomona. Local arrangements are under the direction of Paul's Chapel of the Redwood Arcata.
