(Barbara) Aycock, 88, of Lueders was at 10 a.m. Thursday Feb. 3 in Lueders United Methodist Church. The Rev. Louella Ardhuerumly, associate pastor of St. John's United Methodist Church in Stamford officiated. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery at Anson. Mrs. Aycock died at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, in Odessa Medical Center. She was born Feb. 11, 1888, in Sulphur Springs and married W. R. Aycock there on Feb. 9, 1908. They moved to Lueders in 1937. He died Oct. 18, 1972. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Lueders and the Stamford Eastern Star. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. C. W. Parker of Odessa, one sons, William Joe Aycock of San Angelo, seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Grandsons were pallbearers.
