Mugg Wynnewood, officiating, with burial in McGee Cemetery under direction of Stratford Funeral Home. Mr. Underwood died Tuesday in an Ada convalescent home. He was born Sept. 15, 1878, in Alabama, and had lived in the around Stratford for 36 years. He was a deacon of the First Baptist Church of Stratford. Survivors are his wife, Ada; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Harper, Camden, Ark., and Mrs. Ruel Dawson, Wenatchee, Wash.; two sons, A. H. Underwood, Stratford, and Solon Brown, Muleshoe, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Woodard, Clarksville, Ark., and Mrs. Olive Brazil, National City, Calif.; two brothers, Oscar, Clarksville, Ark., and Atha, National City, Calif.; 21 grandchildren.
