Nancy Ellen Kirkpatrick, daughter of Hezekiah and Isabella Kirkpatrick, was born 26 January 1861. She and her brother James Wallace Kirkpatrick were twins. Nancy married on 15 December 1880, Jim Flynt. After his death, she married a second time to George W. Taylor, who was born 3 February 1858. They lived in Smithville, Mississippi, where George died 3 May 1902.
