William Fay Brown of Sesser died at the West Frankfort hospital Thursday night after having been ill with a heart aliment for some time. He was 34 years of age and had spent his entire life in this side of the county, having been born and reared on a farm south of Sesser. For the past several years he had resided in Sesser. He leaves his wife, Margaret Brown, and four children, Lillian Ruth, Billy, Margy Lou and Claryce Elaine. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church at Sesser Sunday afternoon, conducted by Revs. Burton and Knight. Interment took place at Horse Prairie cemetery.
