Services were held 11:00 A.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Parker Funeral Service in Columbia.Bonnie was born November 6, 1936 in Doniphan, Missouri to Bill and Bertha Jackson Ponder. Her grandparents were Marion and Darthula (Smith) Ponder and Thomas and Minerva (Kirkpatrick) Jackson. She was married to Kenneth Allen on June 1, 1952 in Doniphan and he preceded her in death. Bonnie was a long time employee at Wal Mart before her retirement. She is survived by three sons, Ken (Joeanna) Allen, Jr. of Tucson, Arizona; Kraig (Lisa) Allen of Crofton, Maryland, Kerry Allen of Columbia; three grandchildren, Gregory of Tampa, Florida and Garrett and Chad of Crofton, Maryland; brother, Tom (Leslie) Ponder of Geneva, Illinois.
