James Kirkpatrick
(1820 - 1890)
James was born about 1820-23 in South Carolina. He married Mary Eliza Davis. About 1855-56 he moved to Jefferson County, Alabama. He died after 1880 in Winston County, Alabama and is buried in an unmarked grave in the Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery near Haleyville, Alabama. Mary Eliza also died in Alabama.
There were 7 children born of the marriage.
NEW INFORMATION: Decendants of John Wesley Kirkpatrick have formed a Reunion Association that meets every 4th of July, and have placed a new marker on the grave of James Kirkpatrick.
