Hazard, Ky., Sept. 9, (U.P.)---Seven indictments for murder were returned by the grand jury here Thursday. Calvin Clemons, 22, was indicted for the murder of Hughes Johnson, a convicted slayer, while he lounged on a porch of the county jail here August 19. Johnson was awaiting the outcome of an appeal to the Court of Appeals after being convicted for killing Clemons' brother, *Calvin Clemons, April 17, 1948, while Johnson was an industrial policeman for the Blue Diamond Coal Company.
